I am a certified health and wellness coach, approved by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching. My passion for integrative health began in my early teens, sparking a lifelong exploration of meditation, attentive nutrition, Swedish and Shiatsu massage, Chinese medicinal theory, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong. These experiences ultimately led me to found and instruct Rutanda, a mindful movement system that nurtures overall well-being.
